You have the option to exchange your purchase within 7 days, provided you have the original sales receipt.

Claims for damaged merchandise can only be made within 7 days of purchase. In the case of online purchases, any damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Once we receive the returned parcel, the return or gift voucher will be processed within 5-7 working days. You will receive details of the refund transaction or the gift voucher number via email.
Please note that no exchanges can be made during sales or promotion periods.
Upon receiving your order, we recommend inspecting the items immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will assess the issue and rectify it accordingly.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
For refunds, our team will inspect the returned parcel before processing your request. Please be aware that arayish will not entertain queries if the product exhibits any of the following issues:
Products will only be exchanged if we have made an error in delivering the correct size. It is the customer's responsibility to check the sizes mentioned on our website before placing an order. In certain conditions, refunds may be processed for items that do not meet the return/exchange criteria.
Please note that we strictly do not accept exchanges or returns for lingerie items.
